DoLadu

End User Licence Agreement

1Who This Is Between

This agreement is between you and Dmytro Pysartsev ("we", "us"), the author of DoLadu. Your purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and is the seller for tax purposes.

2What You Get

A subscription licence to install and use DoLadu on the number of computers your plan allows:

• One Month Edition and One Year Edition: 1 computer
• Indie Year Edition: 5 computers

The licence lasts as long as your subscription is active. DoLadu is licensed, not sold. We keep ownership of the software.

3What You May Do

• Install and use DoLadu for any work, personal or commercial, including work you are paid for and work you deliver to clients.
• Everything you make with DoLadu is yours. We claim no rights over your models, textures, moodboards, reports or any other output.
• Move your licence to another computer by signing out of the first one (Settings -> Licence -> Sign out of this machine) and activating on the second.(Online connection required)

4What You May Not Do

• Share your licence key, or use it on more computers than your plan allows.
• Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute DoLadu.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law gives you that right regardless of this agreement.
• Remove or alter the copyright notices.

5Your Data

DoLadu runs on your computer. It does not send us your files, your projects or any usage information. It connects to the internet in only three cases:

• Licence checks, which send your licence key, an installation id and your computer's name to Lemon Squeezy.
• Checking whether a newer version exists, which requests one small file from our website. Our web host records the IP address that asked, as web servers do.
• A connection test before signing out of a machine, which sends no data.

6Updates

We may release updates. Updates are included while your subscription is active. We are not obliged to release any particular update or to keep any particular feature.

7If You Stop Paying

The licence ends when the subscription ends and DoLadu stops running. Files you created remain yours and stay on your computer in their normal formats - nothing is locked or taken away.

8Refunds

A full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no reason needed. The details are in the refund policy at https://dpysartsev.art/doladu/refunds.html

Lemon Squeezy sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. If DoLadu does not work for you, write to supportdoladu@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

9No Warranty

DoLadu is provided "as is". We do not promise it is free of defects or fit for any particular purpose. It reports problems in 3D assets to help you, but the judgement about your work stays yours - always check its findings before acting on them.

10Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost work, lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this agreement.

11Third-Party Software

DoLadu includes open-source components listed in THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md and in the LICENSES folder next to the program. Those components keep their own licences.

12Law

This agreement is governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
