Refund Policy

1The Short Version

A full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No form to fill in and no reason to give: one line to supportdoladu@gmail.com is enough.

2What Is Covered

• The first payment on any new subscription - One Month, One Year or Indie Year - refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it.
• A renewal you did not mean to keep: write within 14 days of the charge and we refund it.
• DoLadu not running at all - a licence that refuses to activate, or an application that will not start - at any point in your subscription. Tell us first, because we would much rather fix it; if we cannot, we refund what you paid for the period you are in.

3How To Ask

E-mail supportdoladu@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or quote the order number printed on your receipt. One sentence is enough.

4How The Money Comes Back

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for DoLadu, so the refund travels back through them to the card or account you paid with. How fast it lands is up to your bank; five to ten working days is normal.

5What Happens To The Licence

The subscription is cancelled and the licence key stops working. Everything you made with DoLadu stays on your computer in its normal format - no file is locked, altered or taken away.

6Cancelling Without A Refund

You can stop a subscription at any time, from the link in your receipt or by writing to us. DoLadu keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

7Your Rights As A Consumer

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under French or European consumer law, or under the law of the country you live in.
