DoLadu is written and sold by Dmytro Pysartsev, a micro-entrepreneur registered in France. Write to supportdoladu@gmail.com about anything in this notice.
This notice covers the DoLadu application and this website. It is short because DoLadu collects almost nothing.
Your models, textures, projects and reports never leave your computer. There is no account, no sign-up, no telemetry and no analytics. This page sets no cookies and loads nothing from anywhere else. The only personal data involved is what a licence check needs, what your purchase needs, and whatever you choose to write to us.
DoLadu connects to the internet in three cases and no others:
No file names, no project names, no folder paths and no usage statistics are ever sent.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for DoLadu: they run the checkout, take the payment, issue the receipt and handle VAT. They hold what a sale requires - your name, e-mail address, billing country and payment details - and their own privacy policy governs it:

We never see your card. What we see in their dashboard is the order, the e-mail address it was bought with, and the licence key issued for it.
E-mail you send us sits in our support mailbox while the matter is open and for up to 24 months after it, and is then deleted.
If you send a bug report, DoLadu writes it into a single .txt file that you attach yourself, so you can read every line before it leaves your computer. The application log inside that file has the project path, your user name and your drive letter replaced with placeholders, although file names you were working with may remain. Nothing is ever sent in the background.
Lemon Squeezy, which is part of Stripe, and Google, which runs our support mailbox, both process data outside the European Union. Their own privacy policies describe the safeguards they use for that transfer.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, or object to it. Write to supportdoladu@gmail.com and you will have an answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at https://www.cnil.fr, or to the authority of the country you live in.
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
